The Standards Navigator is a platform Hawaiʻi educators use to explore the Subject Matter Standards. Staff are able to search by content areas, grade level, and course. Standards will be uploaded to the Standards Navigator platform through Fall 2026.

The Standards Navigator was created for the Department by the Department! We are proud to share that this is an internally created and maintained platform.

The process document includes information for staff to stay informed about recent updates to the Standards Navigator. This document also includes information about the process of using Artificial Intelligence and the rigorous human processes to populate the navigator.
